- 1999Founded as a trading house in steel, cement and iron.
- 2002Secured bulk orders and partnered with government agencies.
- 2004Entered cement industries with manufacturing and distribution.
- 2006Launched construction and real estate operations.
- 2009Expanded into hospitality with hotels across Andhra Pradesh.
- 2014Established the IT services and infrastructure vertical.
- 2019Scaled the infrastructure business into highways and civil works.
- 2026Entering defence technology and launching a VC fund for young entrepreneurs.
